Returns

• We accept returns within 15 of delivery.

• All items, including goodies and add-ons, must be contained in original packaging and in new condition.

• To start a return, please contact us at alchemikyoyos@gmail.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance items

  • Any other items as noted in their descriptions

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
